Positive: There was nothing to dislike the property is immaculate inside and out, it is very spacious and the view is great,there was everything you could need and more from toiletries to breakfast goodies a lovely welcome basket with wine and a cake for my husband’s birthday we will definitely stay again. Thanks to Phil who was very responsive and Pat for welcoming us on arrival.

Positive: The Penthouse is quality and comfortably decorated and designed with a light airy feel and good sea views from front and side windows in the kitchen, dining room and living room. Facilities were excellent and the care package, friendly nature and support of the hosts was above and beyond. You can tell that your experience is really important to them. We would definitely stay again if visiting Cleethorpes.

Positive: Such a lovely, well-equipped apartment. Can't fault it at all. The owners were so accommodating, responded quickly to any questions and even let us use the fridge well before check-in, and let us check-out too. Very relaxed and flexible where they could be. Honestly, will definitely be back, my friends and I had such a comfortable and easy time. Cannot fault it at all. Thank you!

Positive: Great location with lovely sea views & parking. All rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Very well equipped apartment. Bread, wine, milk, snacks, preserves and butter provided were much appreciated. Great communication from the owners. Would highly recommend.
