Positive: East View is a fabulous place to stay to explore the Isle of Purbeck. Comfortable and characterful with a pretty, secluded garden. Emma's communication before arrival was very welcoming and helpful - thank you Emma for the wine and cookies! The cottage is in a lovely tranquil hamlet with some beautiful walks/views from the doorstep. We would highly recommend East View! There's nothing we didn't like. We were even able to get a faint signal on our mobiles! The only point to note for guests with large cars is that parking outside might be a bit tricky (the unmade-up track leading to the cottage is narrow and bumpy) but there's alternate parking close by within the hamlet.

Positive: The house was beautiful and the location was stunning.. 5 -10 minutes to swanage and coastal walks on the doorstep.. The cottage itself was decorated and furnished to a really high standard, with everything you would need. The exposed stone walls and flagstone floors added to the charm, decorated in a modern yet cosy way. I would stay here again, no question. The owner sent a welcome message and instructions to check in with helpful information about the cottage and surrounding area. I was expecting nice, but I got fantastic!!

Negative: The lane to the house was very narrow and more like a track.. it takes a confident driver to turn around. However, there is a car park at the top of the lane, a couple of minutes walk away.
