Summary: The property was beautiful, and the location was very convenient to shopping. But the room noise was very loud because of the traffic below and maintenance people are slobs. We have a clogged toilet that clogged multiple times during our stay. Each time they sent somebody to plunge the toilet and left toilet water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the people who work at the restaurant are a bunch of rude disrespectful kids. And the Asian lady who was the manager, there couldn’t care less. It is such a pity that such a beautiful property is run so incompetently.

Summary: Twice I have stayed and twice they have charged me for mini bar use I did not make. This time they ALSO charged me AGAIN for the full stay which I had pre-paid. Always review your invoice before paying at check out!!!! Great hotel and location but unethical invoicing policies!!!!!

Summary: Loved the 2 bed 2 bath residence! Plenty of room for me, my husband, our child and my mother. Everyone had space, comfort and privacy. The hotel is close to everything with a ton to do on site! Great staff too!
