Positive: The property is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable, with high-quality fixtures and furnishings throughout. The pre-arrival communications were comprehensive and the property was spotlessly clean. The keys were left in a safe place for collection on arrival and the postcode worked perfectly to find the location using satnav. There are walks of varying length and difficulty recommended in the detailed welcome pack, which (unusually in our experience) included recycling details; this varies from area to area, so it is useful to know what applies and having dedicated bins was very helpful.

Positive: The lodging is located in the midst of the Scottish borders natural environment. It is refreshing and relaxing to wake up in the woods and the spaces inside the house was really well-composed, clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful as well.
