Positive: Location was great. Plenty of parking. House was spacious and allowed couples their own space. Close to town.

Negative: House needed some TLC and maintenance. Heat didn't work on 2 floors, patio door wouldn't lock, shower in one bathroom had problems and the water wouldn't shut off, propane tanks for grill were empty, night lights didn't work,, one TV didn't work (missing the remote) so all guests couldn't sit and watch TV together. There were three decks and no deck chairs (only one camp chair) rendering them basically useless for enjoying the awesome view. There was no comfortable seating in the house except two chairs on lowest level.

Summary: Over priced and disappointing, but we had a great time in spite of all the headaches.
