Positive: I like the location close to MTR station Quarry Bay and Taikoo. It is also easier to get taxis, a lot of taxis go through. It is cleaned. Price was reasonable.

Negative: The place does not provide the free coffee and/or tea. Perhaps because it is a service apartment that has purpose for longer stay. It seems the windows have the small gap that at night feel cold wind.

Positive: With east and swire you know what you'll get. Didn't disappoint. But mind you it is a service apartment so there are plus and minus there. Plus being facilities but negative being you need to figure some things out when you initially get there as it's not the typical hotel where you can walk right in.

Negative: While the smell or fragrance they used in the hallway is amazing, the room itself has a totally different smell. It's not a bad smell but not great either. It's probably just my room... If they would also spray the same within the room...

Positive: Great location to public transportation and shops/restaurants. Apartment was spacious with a great view of the city/harbor. Very comfortable bed and shower was great! The laundry facility was nice bonus. Each unit had utensils and microwave/oven combo and fridge. Staff is always available and helpful! Will stay here again when we come back to HK.

Negative: Nothing! Absolutely great!
