Positive: The fact that it was within walking distance to Port Burwell beach

Negative: The shirtless, hairy guy camping out on the front porch who turned out to be the receptionist/innkeeper. He was helpful but almost turned me away because he couldn’t find my reservation on his laptop and didn’t offer a compensation either. I’m glad I persisted to see the rooms that were still available. Also sharing the bathroom and using the shower after a long term tenant was really gross. No AC but at least there was a box window fan.

Summary: Great location. Clean room. Gross shared bathroom. Good night’s sleep. Walking distance to lovely breakfast cafe. Please
