Negative: There was significant pet hair buildup throughout the couches, which raises concerns about cleanliness. We have also noticed a large number of spiders indoors. In addition, the internet is not working properly, and the landline was also not functioning during our stay.

Negative: No wi-fi. I liked that the children and grandchildren didn’t. Although having said that we were told it was available.
Summary: It has a great view great surroundings very peaceful. Wonderful for three generations of family.

Positive: Amazign locaition with beautiful surrounding forests and gardens. Large home with plenty of living space for 2 families
Negative: Let down by the small things. Poor quality mattresses and pillows. Kitchen utensils needs a refresh. No aircon in the rooms and no blinds in the living area. No coffee table around couch and TV too small for a large area

Positive: Location was brilliant, though had some trouble getting the car up the steep driveway. House clean and had lots of extra comforts and cooking supplies.
Negative: The sliding door main entrance was broken and became increasingly hard to move. Missing wheels perhaps. That and the steep driveway were the only negatives.
Summary: Perfect for some peace and quiet in the beautiful scenery of the Otways

Positive: Had everything you needed in the kitchen. View was amazing. Huge house.
Negative: Not enough firewood provided and glass on fireplace was black, so you couldn’t enjoy looking at the flames.
