Summary: What a gorgeous stay. We booked last minute purely for the location and didn’t realise how gorgeous this place would be! A stunning property, our room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. Sonia, Sam, Di and the team looked after us so well, we’ll definitely be back.

Summary: The room and grounds are both excellent with very friendly staff. The location is easy to find but close to a moderately busy road. The outdoor spaces are fantastic with things for young and young at heart. We enjoyed walking down to the river and Houghton Mill for a tranquil picnic. The breakfast was delicious.
