Positive: I liked the bed and the fact that the room did not reek with smoke. We were able to park near the room and it was relatively quiet. We did not have to drag suitcases upstairs. The amenities advertised were there.

Negative: Another reviewer said it all. This is an "un-fussy 2-star" hotel. It was clean except in the corners. We killed a number of cockroaches: mother and children. There was a new coffee maker, but the cups were for water or juice and not coffee. Outside the paint was peeling off the doors, Inside, there was new carpet. The A/C ran, but was pretty beat-up.

Positive: You can grade this place only on value. If you compare it to Marriott it's not much. But if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, the bed was OK, the room was clean, no frills no BS just a clean place to sleep
