Positive: Pros: Room service - Cleaning staff comes everyday to tidy up the room. Room's interior design and cleanliness - The white and wooden brown aesthetic of the room is pleasant to look at Room facilities Receptionist / Hotel Staff - Friendly and helpful hotel staff. There were instances when my room's electric box stopped working around 2 AM and when I asked for assistance from the receptionist in charge during those times and they did not hesitate to let me change my room. Location - The location is quiet at night, good for resting.

Negative: Cons: Location - 5 minutes of drive away from the local affordable food stalls, 15 minutes if you prefer to reach there by walking. The hotel cannot be found easily if you try to reach there by foot and if it's your first time going there. The hotel is located at the end of the small road where it's at. Misleading/wrong room size posted on their Booking.com page - I stayed in the cheapest room they offer (around 350k a night) for 2 weeks. I changed rooms twice due to the electricity box stopping to work late at night/ early mornings and the rooms I stayed in are both smaller than the published room size. Power interruption - You may need to take the key card with you when you leave, the power box in the room needs at least 30 minutes to rest from supplying the room power, or else you will have experiences like me when my room's power source will stop at the middle of the night / early hours of the morning. Power outages - Expect some power outages (this one is the electricity provider's fault), there are short power outages in the wee hours of the night, and prolonged outages in the afternoon. Happens randomly.

Positive: really good hotel. clean and new. nice pool outside. room is not big but is very comfortable and has a balcony. AC and fridge work well. one of the best hotel and room, especially to that low price.

Positive: We spent three weeks at Duong Dong and loved our stay! The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The room itself was modern and comfortable - the beds were comfy, good shower and a kitchen with enough stuff to cook basic meals. The pool was lovely too. It's about a ten minute walk down to the main road that's full of restaurants and shops, and another ten minutes or so to the beach. As it's up away from the main road it was really quiet and peaceful. All in all it was amazing value!

Positive: This hotel is a little heaven in Phu Quok. The apartment with balcony is a really comfortable space. It has a comfy bed TV a sitting room with a comfy sofa and a small kitchenette. The balcony is also neat. The room is rather spacious. The place is very quiet. The staff will help in anything they can. Help in finding a motorbike to ren ,a grab driver for the day with booking tourist activities etc... The swimming pool was a pleasure as well. It is available for 24 hours. There is something really pleasurable in having a swim at 1:00 in the morning. Really good place to stay.

Negative: The kitchenette could have had a bit more kitchenware.

Positive: EVERY SINGLE THING was perfect! Modern, clean little apartment-like rooms, super friendly staff and really close to amazing restaurants. They gave us a great rate for the Moped, changed our towels every day & made the bed. We felt so at home that we extended our stay for another 4 nights. The pool is a bit small but so close to thd beach it doesn't matter. Best value for money in town! PLUS you can pay by card without any extra fees :D
