Positive: Away from over crowded Ubud in a small village. Quiet and overlooking rice fields. Close to actual Balinese life in a lovely and spacious set up. Good rooms and great pool.

Negative: Bathrooms could have separate showers and kitchen some new appliances, otherwise all great.

Summary: If you want serenity and real Bali environment this is the place to be.

Positive: Location is close to the famous Tegalalang rice terrace. Located off-path the busy road made the villa is so quiet... I love hearing the Banjar playing gamelan during local ceremony. The villa is surrounded by rice field. Amazing view while dipping in the refreshing pool. It's huge 5BR villa with complete amenities. The room, bed and bathroom are super clean. 3 BR on the ground-floor hv smaller size. While 2 BR on 2nd FL hv their own living room The housekeeper came every morning for cleaning. Fully equipped kitchen can be used if you miss yoiur home-made cuisine.

Negative: Not walking distance from coffershop.
