This 500 sq. ft. daylight basement studio features a private exterior entry and is accessed through a separate door. The unit includes dedicated guest parking in the driveway and a fenced-in private patio, offering a peaceful retreat away from the main house. Please note, as this studio is located beneath a family home, some noise from above may be heard.
This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.

Summary: Stayed here for a brief midweek business trip. The unit is a walk out half basement below the main home, but your entrance is completely away from other common entries. The comments about the access are accurate, this is not a property for anyone with mobility issues. That being said if you are in decent shape this is a great location, safe neighborhood, great value for the money.

Summary: Lovely space, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Great location in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Close to the Brookside and the river front. Host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!!

Summary: My husband and I loved staying here over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect oasis from a busy week. We enjoyed the large, studio-style setup of the apartment. The owners provided everything we needed from tiny creamers for coffee, well labeled drawers throughout, and a fully appointed kitchen for our use. Will definitely stay again when in Tulsa!
