Positive: I work 40 years in hotel and tourism business and I am very strict with reviews. But here at Dusita Residence I had the most amazing experience. The residence itself is a masterpiece—beautifully designed, very quiet and with impeccable attention to detail. The small hotel gives you the feeling of being at home. However, it was Pai's kindness that truly made my stay exceptional. She was so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, she even gave me a small but wonderful present. If you want a beautiful place, this is the place for you. Thank you for everything! Dusita Residence's location is just as perfect. It's situated in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with kind neighbors a short walking distance to the next pablic transportation, Bang Pho MRT. There is also a spa opposite.

Positive: This is a lovely, quiet place to stay in the middle of busy Bangkok. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly, giving us advice and cool drinks, and looking after our luggage after we checked out. The room was spacious, cool and comfortable, with a large bathroom. There is access to a big and well-equipped shared kitchen, and we really appreciated the unlimited free drinking water. The pier is within easy walking distance, and the express tourist boat stops at many of the attractions in the city. There are shops and cafés nearby, and shady places to sit in the garden and on the terrace. I would definitely be happy to stay there again.

Positive: I had a great stay there. Everything was perfect in this house, fairly new, nicely decorated, safe and very clean. The staff do everything to make you feel comfortable and are always there for you. It's more like a guesthouse than a hotel, which I really appreciate because it's not so anonymous but more personal, especially if you're staying for several days. Highly recommended!
