Summary: The room photos on the website and app is not same as real, and the noise of the street is too much. The only thing was good was the breakfast.

Summary: Staff support was suboptimal you wrote that I could have a free upgrade if roos were avaialble they told me rooms were available mais they refused to upgrade unless I add 15 us dollars per night and they kept repeating me the same thing room was very small with smonking smell inside I would like to ask you compensation as they said go back to expedia as you did reservation with them not with us
