Summary: They don't read check out instructions when booking with other websites. My check out is 10 am but they wanted me to leave the room at 9 am. Cockroaches were all over our apartment.

Summary: I had a great time, staff so friendly but at the bathroom can you please provide enough toiletries like soap , I know it's self catering but like all other self catering hotels they provide soap , shower gel and body lotion .we had only 1 soap for 3 of us and we did not provide as we use to have in other hotels.
