Summary: We overall enjoyed our time. The two teens enjoyed staying in their own upstairs loft with the spiral staircase, I’m not sure older adults would have enjoyed it as much (lack of privacy, steep stairs, thin mattresses). The space was cozy, just big enough for the 7 of us. Master bathroom very large. Overall fairly clean property and well stocked with cooking supplies, shovel for snow, and games/puzzles. Convenient location for skiing at abasin and Copper.Things to be aware of: -Heat radiators were VERY loud, need to use ear plugs to sleep at night in the master bedroom.-Neat layout with many different levels, but would be difficult for ADA accessibility.-Garage and driveway parking spots cannot fit a very large SUV, but they provide a spot for an oversized vehicle that’s down the stairway. -Hot tub and shared community room were about 5 min walk but not very exciting. Probably a lot more useful in the warmer months!Overall was fine for an our long weekend trip, but not our favorite stay.

Summary: First thing, the home is much more spacious than the pictures may show. It was very open and comfortable. Heat kept the place cozy and the fireplace was nice to have as well. Plenty of space for the kids to play in the snow outside and a big plus is the sledding hill area that the community uses next door. Centrally located for slopes. Obviously closest to Keystone, small trek to Breckenridge, and can pop in and out of town. Only hot-tub available in the winter. Only con, the property management company, Vacasa, their response time was pretty poor.

Summary: The location was excellent. The condo was situated to be private, you weren’t looking directly into any neighbors. The home was clean and everything we needed. There was plenty of space for us to sit in the living room. We enjoyed playing Scrabble on the deck. We would definitely rent this home again.

Summary: The home was beautiful and well kept. The updated kitchen and dining area allowed for my family to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee, and the family room provided ample room to gather. The beds were comfortable and provided enough space for my family to be comfortable. Parking at the house was easy and other amenities included the Club House, pool, gym, and tennis and pickleball courts. The home is set in a lovely neighborhood with breathtaking views of the mountains. It is close to Keystone, Breckinridge, Frisco and more. We came in the summer so rented a boat on Lake Dillon and toured the towns, including the Dillon Amphitheater for music events and more. Towns offer delicious local restaurants and great shops. I would definitely return to the area and stay in this home again. A+ vacation!
