Positive: It was clean inclusive the bathroom, the bad was comfortable and was quiet.

Negative: The entrance was like a entrance of a prison, with a code with very smaller numbers which you don't see, with pitfalls. The bathroom was upstairs, on the steep stairs, and if you have a problem with the stomach or you are drunk, you don't get there. No TV. Very expensive for a house under construction in very small town.

Negative: Too small space inside the apartments. It is not purposed for 3 persons, rather for 1 person. Dangerous stairs to bathroom in the apartments. No central heating in the bathroom. Small towels. Shared kitchen with NO heating
