Positive: We selected this because it was very cheap and close to where we needed to be. We only needed a place to sleep and this place was good for that. We found the beds incredibly comfortable, clean sheets, towels and although the place really does need alot of TLC, it was clean where it was important to be clean, ie toilets, sinks, beds and it is spacious.

Negative: There is a need to do some extensive DIY in places and requires a lick of paint. We didn't need to use the kitchen to cook a meal but there did seem to be some items missing that would perhaps have made the preparation of a meal difficult.

Summary: Comfortable, spacious duplex in need of TLC.

Positive: It was very clean even tho the building was old, I loved the sitting area and little balcony.

Negative: Nothing really, it was a lot better than I expected.
