Positive: I appreciated the cleanliness and the kitchen was well stocked.

Negative: The day bed was not comfortable and the contour sheets provided didn’t fit. I would suggest replacing it with a futon or a bed.

Negative: It was 83 degrees in the apartment when we arrived and it took about 5 hours for it to cool down with the air conditioning on. There wasn't any extra pillows or blankets.

Positive: Wonderful, spacious accommodations in a great, walkable neighborhood. Lots of steps to manage, but quite doable. We loved our time in Chicago.

Negative: Just a few plumbing quirks, otherwise everything was great. Billy was responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.
