Summary: Chill, basic hotel/motel I stayed in to see the surreal great sand dune national Park. I would stay there again. Not fancy, but free breakfast at the diner adjacent to the hotel which was pretty good!

Summary: Cute couple runs the place. Although the motif is older, the couple does a great job of running the inn. It's clean and comfortable.

Summary: Great throwback hotel. Sparse from an amenities standpoint, but made me think of the 1980’s. Cheap and clean. Renovations made me feel nostalgic. I’d stay here again.

Summary: We were greeted with a smile and several good suggestions for dinner. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance. Our room was clean and quiet and breakfast was excellent.

Summary: Old school motor lodge still using key entry, old style furniture and still has covid barrier at front counter. Likes: carpet, spacious room, table with chairs, commercial height toilet, shower ok, extra towels but they were rough, clean, more room lamps than usual, staff ok. Dislikes: small bath without shower fan, no usb charging ports.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Dunes Inn. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Laundry room was very convenient to do a quick load, and breakfast this morning was very good. Cooked to order breakfast included in hotel cost was an added bonus to staying here.
