Positive: The Duna Wellness Hotel is a great old hotel. If you like historical buildings and the atmosphere of former Habsburg-times you are on the right place. The rooms are huge. And It has a nice breakfast teracce.
Negative: If you plan to travel to Baja you shouldn t arrive too late. Not just the wellness section and the pool of the hotel are closing at 20:00, but also quite a lot of the restaurants in the center! (Some are open till 22:00). Latecomers shouldn t rely on the mini bar: in my room it was empty…
Summary: Historical hotel in the city center

Positive: Spa was excellent- sauna, jacuzzi, steam room . Very good breakfast. Big rooms. Brilliant location
Negative: Receptionist was very unhelpful when we arrived. Would have scored 10 otherwise. We were 2 single blokes and booked a family room advertised as a double plus extra bed. When we arrived we were told that’s only for 3 people and refused to make up the extra bed. We solved the problem by finding the unlocked linen cupboard- such a ridiculous situation
