Positive: Everything was great. The house is new and clean. The place is quiet and plenty of free parking is just outside. It is near the river and park, good for relaxing walk. It is about 20 mins to Budapest center by car (if no traffic). Common kitchen has fridge, microwave, water kettle, coffee pot, cups, utensils, etc. Room has table, TV, wardrobe, beds and sofa bed. Also AC and heating. Bathroom is large and comfortable. Shower gel/shampoo were provided. The owner is friendly and waited for us and explained everything. I would stay again.

Summary: Above expectations, clean, comfy, quiet. Good location. Free parking.

Positive: The place is very nice. The room was spacious with plenty of useful staff. Very clean and comfortable bed with nice pillows and linen. It is situated in a very peaceful area on the Danube river bank where it was very nice to walk in the morning or evening even during rather cold weather. There is a nice common area with kitchen with kettle and necessary coffee/tea staff, a fridge as well. The hostess, Vivi is very cute lady always ready to help. Free public parking just across the street which is bonus. Would definitely come back here.

Negative: Everything was very good, nothing to complain about.

Summary: I felt very comfortable staying here.

Positive: Overall, it was okay – the owners were very friendly. But unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right. The location, however, is excellent!

Negative: It's not a hotel, more like a simple guesthouse. I had to take off my shoes at the entrance and wear 'house slippers', which didn't seem very hygienic. At first glance, the room looked newly renovated, but it wasn't very clean – there were lots of long black hairs, especially in the bathroom. It was also very noisy – I could hear everything from the neighboring room, especially sounds from their bathroom, which I found quite unpleasant. The 'shared kitchen' felt more like a messy room that the owners also use themselves.
