Summary: The rooms are poorly insulated against sound : I could hear the person in the next room over snoring and all the traffic in the hallway was very audible.

Summary: The receptionist (who checked me in) was rude, like I should be grateful to stay there, bad attitude. The room stank like drain, regardless I left the room with the bathroom vent on, when I got back like 10 hours later it was worse. Urine stains on the toilet, curtains had holes in them, had to force the window open. Only 2 options for pillows, a giant one which feels like you have your neck in a 90 degree angle, or a tiny square one. I've stayed here before, but I was upstairs and it was great, however the same receptionist had the very same attitude at that time too. No smell tho. I'm sure a 4 star hotel could do better.

Summary: It was only one night but I have nothing bad to say about it, I would come back for sure, good servise, very nice clean room and hotel with beautiful restaurant, food in restaurant and breakfast very good as well
