Summary: Check in was smooth, received code for entrance and door day before. Building very clean, room very clean and had everything that we needed for our 5 day trip. Did not try breakfast as we did our own thing and got a few bits as we had a fridge. Shop across the road which was very good and stocked fresh bread daily. Very close to harbour and restaurants. The only tiny negative was the lack of staff around to answer questions, mostly done on WhatsApp but we were ok with that but could affect your stay if you aren’t so tech or WhatsApp savvy but overall we had an excellent trip, we loved Marsaxlokk and Malta, would definitely stay again at Dun Gorg Guesthouse

Summary: The hotel was very clean and the location was very convenient. Close to the water, boating docks, everyday market, lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The room itself was great! The breakfast area was really nice and the view from there was everything 😍 Lots of cosy personal touches that made it feel extra special and homey (treats changed daily). House keeping staff were really nice. Although I only saw someone at the front desk once during my whole stay (4days) the communication through Whatsapp was available, however I wish responses were a bit more timely. I was very satisfied overall during my stay, highly recommend booking this place!
