Positive: This our second time staying here. Hopefully this gives you a good idea of how much we enjoy Capri, and this wonderful little place. It has all the convenience and en suite comfort we needed for our four night stay. It's conveniently central to hiking, shopping, and cultural sites on the Capri side of the island. Only a few steps away is very nice restaurant with good food called Pane & Champagne. It's a far better choice than the over priced tourist food along Via Le Botteghe. Your local host Andrea is a wealth of knowledge. His helpful advice will enrich your experience. Enjoy!

Negative: There wasn’t much we didn’t love! If anything the water pressure could be but I think that’s standard for alot of apartments.

Positive: Location is perfect: a quiet residential sidestreet two minutes walk from the main piazetta in Capri. Andrea is a fantastic host: he met us as soon as we got to Capri after exchanging on WhatsApp, and was readily available throughout our stay whenever we had questions. The apartment's ceilings are very tall, the windows have blinds, and there are two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) which allows the entire apartment to stay cool in the hot summer days. There was a minor issue with one of the air conditioners, and Andrea offered to buy us a drink to apologize for the inconvenience (which really was not a problem, as the other air conditioner was more than enough to cover the entire apartment).

Negative: The water pressure in the shower was soft, but usable if you prefer colder showers. (I am guessing it's more an issue across the island than this specific apartment). I found the pillows a bit soft but my partner loved them; all a matter of personal preference.

Summary: Excellent apartment for a quiet and comfortable stay in the center of Capri

Positive: The beauty, and elegant simplicity of this space is a reflection of the owner’s kind thoughtfulness and dignified care. Clean and well equipped for most lengths of stay. Comfortable european bed and excellent pillows. Central to walk most of the unique sites, shopping and food at the middle, southern and southeastern parts of the island.

Negative: Slightly challenging to find in the chaotic labyrinth of Capri. Do your research. Find a detailed map and you’ll be rewarded once you make sense of it all. Take the funicular, or the bus up from Marina Grande if the lines are short (2,40 €). Take the taxi up if both are crowded (25 €). Try to backpack your luggage. Rolling carts and oversized suitcases just don’t work well on the crowed, cobbled, narrow, and occasionally steep, pedestrian streets of Capri.

Positive: Andrea was very helpful. Met me upon arrival to take me to the house and helped me navigate the area, and also carried my luggage for me which I was very grateful for after a long (and hot) journey. Great location, quiet house and very comfortable.
