Ducky House is located in a quiet little bay surrounded by national park with its own private jetty. The house has a large under cover deck looking out on to north facing sun drenched grassy yard. This large entertaining deck has a bbq, sink and bar fridge with lounge and dining zones. The house is ideal for all water activities - fishing, waterskiing, swimming, rowing, kayaking etc.
Fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and caesarstone benchtop.
Room 1 - large Master bedroom with King Bed and Ensuite with walk in shower.
Room 2 - Queen Bed and ensuite with walk in shower.
Room 3 - Queen Bed + 1 Single Bed.
Two fold out ottoman single beds available in living room
Large bathroom (with separate shower and bath).
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Hire a boat or kayaks and the local marina will drop it off to the jetty for you - no boat licence required (call Anderson’s Boatshed and say you are staying at Ducky House).

Summary: Property was as expected, fabulous spot on the waterways and deck was well used and marvellous asset overlooking Woy Woy Bay. Public wharf alongside was a bit noisy with frequent people walking, fishing and one occassion meeting to drink in a group get together.

Summary: This was a perfect 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home for a weekend stay for a couple and 2 singles. Casual and simple. The large outdoor covered deck with comfortable lounges and looking directly onto Woy Woy Bay was where we stayed most of the weekend. The highlight was jumping into the water for a swim off our own jetty. Communication with the owners was excellent.
