Summary: Drury is usually a solid bet, but they let me down. One of the main reasons I booked this room was for the pool in the hot tub. When these facilities opened in the morning, the pool was opaque with chemicals and the hot tub was overflowing and sandy. Essentially unusable, we told the front desk staff, and they promised to issue us a credit toward a future room. They did not fulfill this promise. Extremely disappointing for a chain that I typically find reliable.

Summary: Excellent three night stay. Hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. Staff was ready to please. Pool area was very nice and well stocked with towels. Served complimentary breakfast and dinner, both were adequate and appreciated.
