Positive: The staff was very amazing. I do not know the ladies name that checked us in, but she was extremely polite and accommodating given the fact that we were there to mourn a family member.

Positive: We arrived close to midnight and the staff person who attended to our check in was extremely polite and did not hesitate to repeat herself the multiple times I asked her to. She made our check in easy and quick. Breakfast had a great variety of options and the area was clean and bright.

Negative: The one thing I did not like was that one of the mattresses on the bed was a bit wonky. We thought we might fall or wake of sore, but it still slept like logs.

Summary: Overall, our stay met our needs.
