Positive: Breakfast was great. Dinner night before decent. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Negative: Very disappointed to find this hotel allows pets. I must have missed that on my search. I was in room 226, and someone nearby had dogs that barked for well over an hour and constantly for that hour. I did call front desk and was told they’d see what they could find out. The dogs proceeded to bark for at least another half hour before they stopped. After that, the barking was sporadic but still annoying. I’m glad the barking was stopped/minimized, but I was unable to sleep at all during that time or concentrate on my work. I’ve stayed here before without issue but will likely find another pet free hotel to prevent this from being an issue. I had stopped by front desk briefly to inquire more about their pet policies and to ask if a partial refund was feasible because it really was an issue to enjoy my stay while having to listen to barking dogs. They were quite loud. However, the desk was empty for the few minutes I had and I needed to leave. I really love this place and I stay on my way to visit grandchildren in Indiana. I will need to begin a search for a pet free hotel, but I’m very disappointed I need to.

Summary: Hotel itself is great, but allowing barking pets is a deal breaker! A partial refund would be nice.
