Summary: Did not have hot water in our room. Notified them the next day to see if they could at least take the resort fee off (which was a surprise fee of almost $40 btw) and called a couple times when no one reached out to me. Having a hot shower should be standard and something should have been done for us because of it. Disappointed in their neglect to make it right.
