Positive: D H was in a great location in a beautiful area of Axmouth. Parking was so easy. Will be great in Summer when the yard will kick in.Shower was fine. owners were nice.

Negative: Wi Fi could use a booster. Maybe a little side table on both sides of bed would be great. Otherwise all good.

Positive: Location, great communication with the host, cleanliness,on site parking and nice pub at the end of the road with which had very good food.

Negative: Room was a little cramped (for my liking) but was still functional so not a bad point in truth just my preference.

Positive: Breakfast not included. But very delicious home-made scones on arrival, and also shortbread biscuits. We liked the quiet location, off-road parking, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Host, Lynn, was excellent.

Negative: Only things that might improve the visit would be to have a television in the room. And also a booster for WiFi, which could be a bit patchy. But overall an excellent visit.

Positive: Fabulous piece of homemade cake on arrival Nice little table and chairs set outside Own access to the room Linen and towels felt wonderful. Hosts are very helpful and friendly Skylight was lovely, cloudy, so no stars, unfortunately. Kettle tea and coffee are available, and milk in a small flask to start us off.

Negative: Was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but that's my fault as the size of a room is available to read. Bed against the wall took some getting used to, but we slept well once asleep. No TV, but we read, so no real hardship.

Positive: It was very clean and quaint. Lynne the host was super welcoming and friendly even though we were late arriving.

Negative: A bit too bijou (we had a few bags) and my husband missed not having a tv in the room.

Summary: It was perfect for one night. Clean and comfortable. Axmouth is such a pretty spot.

Positive: Room was very small you could just about get around the bed very small.

Negative: The room was bueatifly decorated very small sink in bathroom but done very well..it was a very hot day and there was no fans so overly hot .
