Positive: The room was very clean, and large. The food tasted very good.
Negative: The hotel automatically charged 10% service fee upon arrival without telling me. I booked a room for $82 and paid $99 instead. 9% tax which is understandable, but 10% service charge is ridiculous. Especially without making it clear before hand.

Positive: The hotel's location in relation to activities was excellent. The staff was very friendly. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and everything was very good. Having a swimming pool was a real plus after an excursion in the heat, although it could get quite crowded on some days.

Positive: The staff were so helpful and friendly! We loved the pool and the grounds were well kept and lovely. It was a quiet stay with a simple family feel. We had a triple room and it was large and we felt safe here. Though there isn't much for wandering around or stores close by, so a car or a cab or something similar is needed. We were picked up here for our ATM Cave tour. You MUST do this!! Book through the hotel. It's amazing!!
Negative: You are situated more in neighborhoods rather than the downtown. We liked the quiet, but if you are looking for the more touristy areas, then you need a cab. Worth it though!
Summary: We thought the staff were very helpful and amazing! We loved the simple quiet stay.

Positive: We liked the price. You get what you pay for. The rooms were very large. It was clean. There was a pond with turtles. Good WiFi.
Negative: They advertise a restaurant, there is no restaurant. Also, the pool was gross, we asked for it to be cleaned, they added a jug of pool cleaner and it turned my daughter’s hair green. It’s right by a really busy street, the rooms are not sound proof, it was very noisy all night. There’s a large pond that is a mosquito breeding ground. We had to ask for extra pillows because they were so flat and uncomfortable.
Summary: I would not stay here again.

Positive: It was pretty cheap for a bed so me and my wife bought 4 beds for one night.
Negative: It had no chairs nor table in the room so we sat on the bunk beds and knocked our heads a couple times
