Summary: Room was good, property was ok but definitely needs updates. Service was horrible from the lobby all the way to the restaurants, most employees seem like they hate their job and are definitely not friendly.

Summary: I traveled with 2 kids. Excellent location. Most beautiful beach in the area free of sea weed. Turquoise water. Food was tasty. Did not have to book in advance for the restaurants. Room was clean. They also had entertainment / singers/ dancers and a band. Will return.

Summary: I went to this resort with a college friend for a long weekend getaway. Upon arrival, we were told our rooms were not available, and the front desk staff handed us off to additional staff who tried to upsell us on spa packages, dinners on the beach, and a two-hour presentation at the property next-door similar to a timeshare presentation. We were hot and tired from traveling and did not want to be forced into activities before we even saw the property. The food was decent, but by day three, we noticed a lot of similarities on the buffet. The evening entertainment options were very limited and pretty basic. Several of the staff members were very kind and helpful and always said hello and offered help.
