4 Bedroom Villa in Parkland County, Seba Beach

A large (3200 sq ft) upscale airy 4 bedroom home on 40 acres near two lakes, Wabamun and Isle Lake. The home features a chefs kitchen, cherrywood accents, jacuzzi tubs and sauna, large covered and open decks, and vaulted ceilings. Three of the bedrooms are huge, one has a sitting area in front of the entertainment centre with electric fireplace. The master is on main floor with ensuite bath, walk-in closet, and electric fireplace as well. The three large rooms have private balconies overlooking the lake for private time.
We just added an outdoor hot tub in an area recessed into the woods. There is a new outdoor covered dining/ sitting/ smoking area on the west side of house, and a volleyball net on a grass court.
For the adventurous, you can walk on a mowed trail almost a half mile into the bush. This is a good trail for small atvs as well as it is on the property.
Seba Beach is nearby, with a beach, golf, mini golf, convenience store, museum, and driving range. There are a couple of good licensed restaurants in the immediate area to give you a break from cooking.
Pembina river tubing is a few miles west if you want to try floating down a river. Wabamun is a few miles east for boat rentals.
We are pet friendly, and hope to have a large kennel built soon as an option.

Summary: We enjoyed a relaxing stay with friends at this beautiful property. We encountered a bad snow storm and Gordon cleared the path and exit for us before we checked out. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Stayed at this gorgeous property for 4 nights with our adult kids and 2 young grandchildren. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. We have rented a lot of vacation places, and this one tops them all. Very spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Even though it was the middle of winter we had plenty to do inside and out. We will be back!

Summary: This property was amazing! The house was spotless and, the house looked even better in person than the pictures (not sure how that was possible). The hosts left the home unlocked for check in which made for a smooth check in. And, check out was a simple text message! Josh and I celebrated a mini wedding at the property and, the property made for beautiful pictures! Everyone throughly enjoyed their stay, including our dogs! What a great experience. Summary: This has been the best house we have ever rented. Beautiful house, clean, private, and in a great area. This is the first time I have ever decided to take a day to "stay in" instead of exploring the area. My kids loved all the amenities- we played soccer, badminton, billiards, Foosball, and had fun jumping in the trampoline, all available at the house. They also had horseshoes, a sauna, and a Jacuzzi which we did not have time to enjoy. The house was elegant, with 4 large bedrooms. There was a master bedroom on the first floor with an indoor fountain that my mother in law enjoyed, and it was perfect for her since she has difficulty going up stairs. We stayed on the second floor, and the bedrooms here were as elegant and spacious as the one on the first floor. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The garden was very large with room to roam. They had hammocks and beautiful sitting areas. We did not want to leave! We are already making plans to return, hopefully next year. Thank you!

Summary: My husband and I had a small wedding at this beautiful property. It was absolutely perfect! The house and yard were more beautiful than in the pictures (if that is possible), the rooms were huge, the beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and more to prepare lunch and supper for our group (I often bring items from home to use in the kitchen, I didn't need to here). Responses from Gordon were almost instantaneous before we booked and throughout our entire stay. The hosts were also so accommodating and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for our special day. There were many games and activities provided for every age (cards, board games, badminton rackets, volleyballs, basketballs, bocce, horseshoe pitch, etc). All of our guests were blown away by this property, many of whom are likely to book it in the future (it is perfect for a family reunion). We can't wait to find an excuse to come back. Thank you so much!
