Summary: The pool was dirty and had a hair in it, amd despite 76 degree weather, the water was freezing cold. We had one night in a different hotel in Santorini and the weather was the same but their pool water was warm so I don't know what it is about this place. The handrail to get in the pool was not sturdy and nails loose, super dirty and only had 3 steps that did not go even a quarter of the way in the pool which is about 6 ft so i couldn't go in past the third step. The floor around the pool had splinters everywhere, they got in my husband's feet and hands. In the water, there was a yellow ring around the pool. We asked for a room change, but we're denied despite the conditions. Also, we asked The multiple times, not to walk into the villa without letting us know, but they came in daily while we were half dressed. I wish i could attach photos.

Summary: The property was a okay. It is clean, calm and staffs are friendly, just it’s not convenient for transportation. When checking out, the hotel charged us wrong amount, so would be careful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering a personal touch that made us feel right at home. The service was impeccable, with every detail carefully taken care of. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast where we could choose from a menu and be fully served—such a relaxing start to the day! The pool area was also fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the sea, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and offered a beautiful view. Everything looked exactly as advertised, just like in the photos. The hotel is only a 15-20 minute walk from a village and beach, both with a variety of great restaurants. We had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
