Just a few blocks away from Glencairn Gardens, 1 mile from Winthrop University and the Indoor sports complex , and less than a mile from Downtown Rock Hill. We are 15 minutes from Fort Mill, SC, 20 minutes to Carowinds, and 25 minutes to Charlotte, NC. 803 area code 517-2411

Summary: We really liked the property. Clean bed linens and towels were appreciated. Some updated living room furniture would be nice, more seating, perhaps? Also, a bedside lamp or two instead of the very bright overhead fan lighting. Was grateful for the iron and board. Porch tables were very precarious. Maybe a game or two, uno or Yahtzee. But overall, we were happy with the accommodations.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed the house. It’s attractive—even has interesting art—and convenient. It doesn’t have a dishwasher, but that wasn’t a big deal since we weren’t cooking. I’d have rated it higher except for the beds. All of us had difficulty sleeping because the foam mattresses were squishy and hot, and the pillows were too big to get comfortable.

Summary: Great location with needing to be at The Rock Hill Sports Complex all weekend. Loved the character or the house but with great renovations. Host was easy to talk to, no problem with check in. Beds were so so comfortable, would absolutely stay again.
