Positive: Super wonderful accommodation. At the end of the main beach, so it was quiet and spacious at the sunbeds. Less than 50 meters from our rooms to the beach. Rooms were clear and well equipped. Breakfast was hearty and nice, flexible to make the changes you wanted. The people running the place were super friendly and helpful, and everday we got to taste and try herbs and vegetables from their personal garden. We got a big bag of oregano from the mountains to take home with us.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Good apartment, near beach, 7 minutes walk to city square but many restaurants along the beach. Quiet and clean. Wonderful owners.

Negative: Near nice beach with many sunbeds, quiet an clean. One bedroom and one room with pentry and table plus the Extra bed. Very nice owners.

Summary: Relaxing place of high standard and wirh shadow not only from sun umbrellas but also trees.

Positive: Proximity to the sea. Flowers. Cleanliness. Sunbeds on the beach. Short walk to centre of Livadia.

Negative: Mosquitos - so many! Lack of any basic provisions - no washing up liquid or sponge, not even a minimal supply of coffee etc so make sure you take your own supplies if you are going to be eating or drinking at the property. It’s the first time we’ve had to buy these basic things when renting an apartment.

Positive: Kiki and Yiannis were very welcoming and made our stay the best during our greece visit travelling to two other islands. We had the superior apartment which was well equiped with a big fridge/freezer. The beach with sunbeds, umbrella for free right in front of the hotel was a bonus point. We had the most amazing view with the sunrise in the mornings. Kiki picked us up at the port but is only a 15min walk from the port. A variety of tavernas very near by made the stay also special. We can highly recommend the hotel.

Negative: Nothing we can think of.
