Summary: They didnt do any room service and you had to call and wait for someone to be in the office to exchange towels. Alot of the linens were stained also

Summary: it’s a good location and the staff is phenomenal, unfortunately, that level of service is not reflected in the facilities. The sheets had visible stains, despite being clean, and there was no bathroom sink or mirror. The only sink is in the kitchenette, which has a bar table height counter and a tiny mirror. Good luck doing makeup/hair or accessing from a wheelchair.

Summary: The convenience of being directly on the beach was a major highlight. I specifically booked this room for the location. The room was not particularly clean and when I arrived, I could tell it had not been wiped down (dirt and dust on high contact surface areas & hair). The bedding did also have dirt, stains on it. The fitted sheet had been worn and needs to be changed. It was rough.
