Positive: The bedroom itself was simple but fine and it was very quite which ensured a good night sleep. The outdoors pool is nice and clean and while busy, it wasn't overcrowded.

Negative: The bathroom was fairly grotty - it was very dated with some broken tiles and didn't feel overly clean. The breakfast was poor; the hot food especially which my husband and children couldn't eat. No glasses are provided, you are given plastic cups to drink from at breakfast. Dinner was very overpriced for fairly poor quality - the meats were a particular let down, some of which we couldn't eat. The indoor pool was uninspiring - the children aged 10 and 12 didn't want to use it. We caught the 8:15am shuttle as we'd read that they can be very overcrowded and hard to get on. We managed to get on the bus but it was full to capacity with all standing space used.

Positive: I loved the whole hotel, the styling and decor was amazing.

Negative: The room carpet was tired and could do with replacing, same for the corridors. Due to the massive amount of people staying all year round, i think there is money available to renovate .
