Dramatically located on a cliff overlooking the sea, the villa is a mere one hour leisurely coastal drive from the center of Athens,. This is a three level residence of 185 sq. meters on a site of 1000 sq. meters with pool and a panoramic view.The property is one hundred and fifty meters from a picturesque pebble beach. There is no road between the villa and the sea which ensures privacy and quiet.
The main level of the residence consistis of a spacious living room and kitchen area (dining room) and an office.
The upper level consists of a master bedroom with one King Size bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi and adjoining laundry room with mini bar.
The lower level consists of a bedroom with twin beds, a small library,a full bathroom along with a spacious balcony.

Summary: Not much I can add to what has been written already. The house is very homely and the views are idyllic. Patrikia is a wonderful host. For local recommendations, the best taverna we dined at was Ta Pefka, first road on the right as you enter Palaia Fokaia. Also the bakery opposite is yummy. A beautiful family holiday and wonderful memories.

Summary: Patrikia's home is unbelievable! The home is so clean and the view is spectacular! I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! If we ever get a chance to come back to Greece, this will be our getaway heaven... again!

Summary: Patrika the host was really helpful and knowledgeable. She had purchased eggs and breakfast goods for us too! The property is so very clean and picturesque. It has the most amazing views and the pool is fantastic to cool off. The property feels very private and remote, however is just 45 minutes from the airport. Absolutely everything you could ever want was available at the property, oven, toaster, grill, hob, dishwasher, whirlpool bath.......... and on and on. Patrika was speedy to respond to any query. Full speed internet reaches to the pool...GREAT! Thank you so very much for a most memorable stay. FULLY RECOMMENDED.

Summary: Me and my family chose this residence to spend a week near Athens for our first visit in Greece. There are no words to describe the level of professionalism and kindness shown from Patrikia (The house owner), as well as the beauty of this place. Photos can't describe the feeling and amazing atmosphere of the house and the area in general. The house has an great pool and outside premises are made to offer relaxation and quality time, combined with breathtaking views over the aegean sea. We loved a big tree which offers amazing natural shade. The house is also really spacious and all comforts are provided. Thank you again Patrikia for making our stay, a stay to remember!
