Summary: This is an amazing hotel, mostly due to the staff. Probably the most helpful and kind staff you will ever see. Room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic, we did not get time to use the SPA, we did visit the sports pub, same there excellent staff, the fish and chips was very nice. Will be back for sure.

Summary: Special place. Rooms are a bit old and tired, but still such a great experience being in this hotel. Common areas like bar, restaurant, lobby etc are very unique. Brilliant location. Best hotel breakfast I've had for years.
