Despite being so close to downtown, this is a surprisingly private and quiet location. This is the lower unit to a beautifully restored, craftsman home, duplex in the best part of the city. Fully stocked kitchen,: coffee, cream, sugar, pots and pans, etc. for your mornings. Stove intentionally disabled but electric range and air fryer provided. Queen bed in one bedroom. A queen bed and twin bunk bed in the second bedroom. Additionally, the couch in the living room sleeps one adult if needed. There is a Roku hooked up to the living room television. High speed internet.

Summary: It was clean and quiet and had everything we needed for our stay

Summary: Poorly maintained. Property overgrown with weeds. Unit was dark unlike photos. Pillows were over used. They had us strip the beds. Laundry was inaccessible.

Summary: Description listed AC but the thermostat did not work nor could we ever find where the air came out of. After our adventures in town it would have been nice to come back to a cool place. Smoke alarm is also faulty and kept going off. We eventually just had to take it down and keep the battery out (we did put the battery back in and put it back up before we left). Other than these two things the rest of our stay was nice and we enjoyed the area it was in.

Summary: Laundry room is shared with upstairs neighbors and they were cooking so all of our clothes that we washed smelled like what they were cooking... just has a small toaster oven so we had to cook everyones meal individually

Summary: The property was great for what we needed it for. It was an inexpensive option for 6 guys and while it was a little tight, it offered enough space for us all to lay our heads down at night. The location is pretty good with it being about a 15-20 minute walk from downtown. Everything was clean and fairly well kept. The owner was very responsive, even early in the morning when there was an issue with being blocked in the driveway by the neighbors. Again, this is probably one of the best inexpensive options if you’re looking for a simple place to use as a home base while you go out and do stuff.There were, however, a few things that could have been improved:- The weeds are very tall on both sides of the driveway and being the house. Would be much nicer if these were cut down. - Parking. While there was enough room for all of our vehicles in the driveway, there is only one way in and out. If the neighbor decides to park in the driveway there is no way out. We found this out at 2am when one of our party had to leave to catch a flight in Denver and could not get out. I think if the weeds were cut down the driveway would be wide enough for two vehicles. - A/C unit. The unit is portable and worked well, but we had to figure out how to set it up. Our party is very technical and was able to figure it out, but for others it may be wise to either have it set up upon arrival or provide instructions on how to set it up. - Fans. Only one box fan and living room fan did not work.
