Summary: The condo we rented was clean, had excellent natural lighting, perfect size for the two of us, and had what we needed. Overall I enjoyed the location and it had a cool view of the city and valley. However the building itself was damp, there was some kind of leak in the lobby that left the floors wet with puddles and it wasn't being addressed properly beyond a fan being placed to help dry it. The a/c unit was barely working. We were lucky the temps outside weren't too hot yet, as I had to open the doors to the outside at night to bring the temps down in the space. The window blinds were inoperable or broken and maintenance never came to fix it. If the a/c wasn't broken, I would still stay here again.

Summary: When we struggled to read the instructions do to both being low vision the hoist of this property was so patient and so helpful with us and the day was awesome. The place is cute clean little neat it has two different balconies. I would love to stay there again and the host was just absolutely went beyond.
