Summary: The place was very clean, but very sparse as far as items in kitchen and bathroom. Needed to know what type of coffeemaker so we could have brought the right coffee. I.e.pods or grounds. The television was losing the picture. Part of it was dark. We had an issue at check in and it was taken care of immediately. Appreciated the promptness. Great Location.

Summary: Myself, my husband and our 11 year old daughter absolutely loved this property. We stayed a Friday and Saturday night and it was just perfect. The location is amazing. Tons of cute little shops to explore and lots of tasty restaurants nearby. The apartment was quite modern and had everything we needed.

Summary: Long weekend trip to visit family in Paducah, so we decided to stay away from family this trip! Great location downtown, with a historical building that houses this apt. Everything was as described in the listing, no surprises at all. Great communication with the host about the check in process, and she even sent me a note about a downtown festival that might impact our check in. Close to everything downtown, 4 blocks from the Ohio River boardwalk. Both bedrooms are away from the downtown streets, no issue with noise at all. This is an apartment in a downtown area, so no driveway parking. BUT, there are plenty of safe public lots about a block away or less. Also a few business that open their lots for public parking during none business hours. Would definitely stay here again. Try the bread pudding waffles at the Gold Rush across the street, you can thank me later.

Summary: Location and price is fantastic and property manager was very nice. However, we checked into what seemed to be an unvacuumed apt with some towels/sheets needing an immediate wash (musty), and a number of light bulbs needing replacement (dark).

Summary: The place is OK but I think that they can do a better job on take care of it and clean and keep it more clean. Also, there’s some things like you know that they can do better on the quality the kitchen too they keep it more clean I think that’s gonna help them.

Summary: Loved staying at this location! Easy walks to everything downtown. Right across the street from the Gold Rush Cafe! Awesome breakfast!! Other restaurants, shops, entertainment venues close by. We did venture out to the Purple Toad Winery and Red’s Donuts (must go early for best variety!) Yum! Also a short ride away is Metropolis, if you are a Superman fan! Paducah is a fun area to explore!
