This newly-renovated historic home, just one block from Broadway, is perfect for families or friends. Walk to restaurants, the Riverwalk, and reach Fort Moore in 15 minutes. With open-concept living, space for 10 guests, and a large outdoor area, it’s ideal for gatherings. Lofted ceilings add brightness and space. Enjoy a full kitchen, large beds, quality linens, and towels. We've included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know what to expect.
The Space:
Come and enjoy!
As you enter our home you will be greeted by a cozy living room complete with large flat screen TV with Roku. Our fully stocked kitchen will provide you with everything you need to help you feel at home! The eat in kitchen also provides plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Take your choice of two bedrooms located on the lower floor. One room has one queen bed, while the other has two full beds. In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The two twin beds are up a spiral staircase - perfect for kids and friends, but please might be challenging for some. We look forward to hosting you in our home!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. You will have access to the full house, and back yard. There are no other tenants or guests on the property.
The Neighborhood:
We LOVE the historic district - enjoy walking to coffee at Old Iron Bank, shows at the Springer or the Theater, and more good restaurants and bars than we can fit here.
Getting Around:
1 block from Broadway, 2 blocks from the Riverwalk - perfect for walking and biking around Columbus.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

Summary: We are a military family and we booked this stay while we waited for housing on base. The place was super clean when we arrived, and our dog and kids loved the backyard. It was everything we needed in our situation. We would definitely stay again, and recommend this place to others!

Summary: The property overall is nice and clean. The dining area, kitchen, and living room were spacious enough. However, can't say it was comfortable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, one of the bathrooms needs un update, the bathtub is not comfortable to take a shower in. There was a strange bedroom upstairs. The only way to get there is to climb snail stairs. They are so narrow that not many people will be able to fit there.

Summary: The house is cute and located on a great spot. However it was dirty, flies everywhere the blinds are broken the bathroom sink runs constantly multiple cabinets don’t stay closed and there is tape or electrical outlets that are broken

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay at the rental. Overall the place was clean. The walkway and the porch needed to be swept and a couple of more tv's would have been nice. Also, the blinds in the living room should to be replaced. We had to prop a pillow against the window to keep anyone from looking inside. Thank you for being there for our family when we needed it most. Escaping a hurricane was very stressful but our stay at uour rental gave us peace of mind.

Summary: First I want to say I would rent this property again. I sent an email with suggestions in hopes that it continues to help with improvements! Disappointed in the backyard! It was not inviting at all and really needs some TLC. Also no outdoor chairs for us to enjoy the front porch. It took a bit to figure out the many many light switches---someone should really fix that--can't turn off overhead living room light because it is connected to the dining area light--even I know that is not the way it should be. There is no shelves in the shower so you must bend down to pick up anything and no holder for soap. I would rent again however I hope you continue to improve this property. It is a nice home, great location close to everything with lots to do.

Summary: We had a great stay and the home and setting was perfect. Gorgeous wide plank flooring. House was in historical district area. Walk or bike ride to River Walk area. Easy check in and out and very accommodating.
