Summary: This property was wonderful. Excellent location- loved the wine bar on Thursday night, Green Sage for breakfast. The property is well kept up and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The ledge for the shower is very high and if you are short it is a stretch.

Summary: Excellent rental, all our needs were anticipated. The furnishings were attractive, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed, nice appliances, stocked with the basics. Bright open floor plan. Did not feel like we were staying in someone else's home. Don't like that. There is a bodega down the street a few blocks. Very central location. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. While there seem to be a lot of homeless in downtown Asheville, we felt safe. The neighborhood gets noisy on weekends, but the windows are double-paned. Overall, we highly recommend. If we return to Asheville we would stay here again.
