This light-filled 2 story condo is steps from the Santa Fe farmers market, the Violet Crown theater, Whole Foods and the best restaurants and attractions in Santa Fe. Loft style open floor plan with contemporary furnishings. Large two story space with 20 ft high windows overlooking the Santa Fe Rail Yard Park. Newly renovated and furnished. Air conditioning. Private off street parking. Like nothing else in Santa Fe.

A magnificent 1400 square foot two story open space. A large loft sleeping area overlooks the main living area. The home has an interior staircase and an interior balcony that may not work for very small children.
The large second floor loft sleeps 4 with a California King in a sleeping area and a daybed with a pull out trundle bed in a visually separated sitting area. On the first floor, the sofa opens into a full size bed for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed is good quality and sleeps like a regular mattress. The home has two full bathrooms (downstairs with a walk-in shower, and upstairs with a large soaking tub), a laundry available to guests and a small deck overlooking the park. The condo has signage to guide you through house rules and how things work.
The downstairs gym is available to guests for a very reasonable day or weekly fee. Great gym with 3 great fitness trainers.

Summary: This loft apartment is beautiful and super convenient. The railyard park, farmers’ market, and outdoor concerts were super close. The assigned parking was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very thorough in her instructions throughout the process and stay. She was also very responsive when we reached out with a question. The property is just as described (probably better, in fact), and very clean. Beautifully decorated, kept very cool during our stay, with super high temperatures outside. Beds are comfortable. She was so thoughtful, putting out a plate of cookies for us when we arrived. What a cute and inviting touch. Two things that may need a little attention are the blinds of the windows and hot water. We found that lowering the blinds was fine, but raising them again (and not past the level that she instructed) was precarious, since the cord that controlled some of the blinds (most, in fact) would not stay on the spindle very well, making it tricky. So after we raised them again in the morning (after closing in the evening, so walkers-by and cars could not see in, of course, with lights on at night), we decided not to lower them anymore, either to shield the unit from the sun when temps rose, or for privacy later that second night. She does have a note next to one of the blinds that indicates she is aware of this issue. The windows on this property are wonderful, by the way! As for hot water, there definitely is hot water, it just takes a very, very long time for it to get hot when you turn on the shower or faucets. Not a big deal, but at first we were worried for a second! All in all, we HIGHLY recommend!!

Summary: We spent a couple nights here and it was fantastic. We loved the close proximity to the Rail Yard and La Choza. Lots of thoughtful touches and we couldn’t get enough of the coffee and scones! This property is hard to beat.

Summary: Beautiful, clean, 2 level loft with open, but private master upstairs and two 3/4 baths (tub up/shower on mail level). Great Railyard location walking distance to the plaza, Canyon Road, etc. Host was easy and pleasant to communicate with and we will likely consider another stay when we return to Santa Fe!

Summary: It is a beautiful apartment, we were scared to see the train tracks next to it but it doesn’t make a lot of noise and it stops running early. We were very comfortable .

Summary: This is our second stay in this beautiful loft. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals with a good experience the vast majority of the times. Lynn’s loft, however, is at the very top of our list. It’s not just good — it’s perfect! Location, cleanliness, comfort can’t be surpassed. The personal touches take it over the top ( home baked sweet, coffee and cream in the fridge, top notch towels and linens, beautifully decorated).

Summary: The Loft is WAY better than the photos! Incredibly spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The location is right in the heart of things, with cool galleries, restaurants, and shops all within 5 minute walk, and the Plaza a 15 minute walk away. You don't need a car to explore the heart of SF from here. Fresh scones and ground coffee were waiting for us at check in. We liked the place so much that we wanted to extend our stay, but obligations back at home prevented that. We hope to be back soon.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Lynn’s apartment. We walked everywhere in town… almost anything you’ll need from the city center to Canyon Road is a pleasant and modest walk away. Everything is accurate as seen in the photos. There is a park adjacent to the unit, and a Whole Foods 3 minutes away. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the two bathrooms (one with shower) make it a very generous space for a small group. Lots of storage space, ample thirsty towels, and excellent climate control. Very light sleepers should plan accordingly… trains pass the loft periodically from morning to mid-evening but at a gentle speed. Some light urban sounds through the night (pickup trucks with loud mufflers, an occasional siren) as you would expect in any urban area. For us rural living folks, ear plugs and using the fan for white noise did the trick. The host is very accessible and helpful, and we are grateful for her hospitality! Thank you, Lynn!

Summary: After an outstanding experience staying here in 2022, my daughters and I decided to make it an annual mother/daughter trip (this time adding the Zozobra Festival). The location could not be better and the facility was in perfect condition once again. Our host, Lynne was helpful with booking adjustments and any questions we had. We plan to do it again in 2024!
