Positive: The bed is soft and my favourite. The room is also very clean and offers 24-hour check-in. The location is excellent too, so I only stay at this hotel always.

Positive: Excellent service. Also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Negative: Not the fault of the hotel, but it's very sad to see so many children living/sleeping in the streets of downtown Tana. Be prepared for kids to approach and follow you around while asking for money. Not a problem for me, but just be aware.

Summary: Excellent service, great downtown location. Highly recommend!

Positive: Great location, Dominick the receptionint was very nice and welcoming, the massage that I was offered was good

Negative: the room wasn't cleaned well, the bed wasn't comfortable, there was a loud noise from the road just under your window
