Summary: Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: My wife and I had a wedding in Muldrow and Fort Smith was the closest town. This house was adorable. It was right next to downtown which is a little sketchy, but the street this home on was fine and you can tell they are trying to revitalize the area some.

Summary: We loved the little duplex and Cathy has fixed it up so nice with everything you could ask for. Its close enough for a short walk to most all attractions in the downtown area. The bed we slept in was so comfortable. Would return again.
